1. How do I create an account?

It’s easy to create an account.

The first step is to click ‘Account’ icon on the top right corner of the site, and then choose ‘Continue’ to start the process.

Once there you should enter your personal information. That’s your first and last name.
Next you enter your ‘login information’. This is your email, and you need to create a password and confirm it.

Complete the process by clicking ‘Submit’. Congratulations, you made your account.

2. How do I reset my account password?

Log in to your account. Locate the “Change Password ” option on the left corner and click it to reset your password.

3. Forgot your password?

Order

1. How do I know what size to choose?

You can check the handy VELEY Sizes Guides on the product page and view our Size Charts for easy reference.

2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within the hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. You are strongly advised to use our Live Chat service on our Contact Us page. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

1. Where can I get a coupon?

As a lucky customer, you can receive coupons from the pop-up window.

You will find a variety of coupons in all corners of Nailyhome with different discounts, if you browse carefully.

Shipping

1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated “Shipping Info”.

2. How much does the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: The shipment method you choose; The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

For U.S, Australia, New Zealand we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 4PCs, otherwise 1PCS US$5.00, 2PCS US$8.00, 3PCS US$12.00.

For Canada, Mexico we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over 4PCs otherwise 1PCS US$8.00, 2PCS US$13.00, 3PCS US$15.00.

For Rest of the World: $5 on Standard Shipping; Shipping time varies from different countries.

3.How long does it take to ship?
Shipment usually takes 15-25 business days to arrive.

Return & Exchanges

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Nailyhome is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, Nailyhome do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Currency

As an international brand and we ship worldwide, the default currency is USD, please click the country button on top of the website to see price in your area's currency.
